How to reduce ground impedance with multiple grounds?

In higher speed applications, it is necessary to reduce the ground impedance with multiple grounds. The ground loop can be broken by simply disconnecting the grounds, or by more sophisticated means: common-mode chokes, frequency selective grounding, differential amplifiers, and galvanic isolators.

Do differential signals need a ground connection?

Or a ground connection is still needed for connecting the differential signals? Unless it is AC-coupled, ground connection is needed. How is this normally accomplished in practice?

Why is a compensation capacitor important in grounding and decoupling?

If its power pins are exposed to the high-frequency noise of the input common, the compensation capacitor will direct the noise right to the output and defeat the purpose of the subtractor. It is just this kind of effect that makes it impor-tant to use care in grounding and decoupling.

How to establish a ground in a circuit board?

A solution is to create a circuit board that establishes a ground with the characteristics of node_G.
