According to the research status of a 35 kV microcomputer protection device, a new type of microcomputer protection and measuring-control device was designed to address common electrical failures during the running of 35 kV distribution line.
Data Driven Methods gives promising results in condition monitoring of capacitors. Capacitors are an important component of power conversion systems because they affect the cost, size, performance, and range of such systems. However, capacitors have the highest degradation and failure rates of any power converter component.
In the future, it is expected that the use of data-based methods will become increasingly prevalent in the field of condition monitoring for capacitors used in power converters. Al-Cap is the most common type of capacitor used in power conversion systems due to its high volumetric efficiency, low cost, and availability over a wide range of capacitances and sizes . There are two main characteristics to consider when choosing a capacitor: breakdown voltage and capacitance.
